In August 2022, the European standard DC charging product series independently developed by Zhengzhou Shanxiang New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. obtained the EU CE certificate issued by TÜV Rheinland, Germany. There are 10 models, including 120kW, 150kW and 180kW, covering the whole DC fast charging application field.

After strict design, test and verification, our European charging products fully meet the CE certification requirements of TÜV Rheinland. Some items perform better than the standards, with high safety, stability, compatibility and environmental adaptability. The products have passed all standard inspection items and have been highly recognized by the expert judges of the inspection agency.

The CE certification of TÜV Rheinland marks that the quality and performance of our charging equipment meet the technical standards of the EU market, opens the first barrier to entering the EU market, marks a key step towards international, and plays a positive role in promoting the core competitivenes.

• The charging module adopts full glue filling and full isolation process, and the annual failure rate of the charging module is less than 0.2%, with high reliability;

• The charging module has been verified for reliability and durability through wet dust test, vibration test, salt spray test, etc., and can adapt to various harsh environments;

• Constant power range: 300-1000V, which can meet the full-power charging of passenger vehicles and commercial vehicles on the market in the whole process, and the charging is faster;

• The cabinet can be made of stainless steel and can operate normally in an environment where snow melting agent is often used after 840h neutral salt spray test;

• The protection level of the whole machine can reach IP55, and the operation is stable, ensuring 24-hour uninterrupted operation;

• The charging plug adopts unique open-piece terminal, which is durable and wear-resistant, with small insertion and extraction force and convenient for customers to operate;

• The gun wire is made of TPU material, which can still maintain flexibility at a low temperature of -30°C, which is convenient for customers to operate;

• The charging gun cable has a small wire diameter and is lightweight. It is convenient for customers to plug and unplug, and 5m and 7.5m gun cables are optional;
